Why do we say "Slay (sleighhh) the day"?

Well, we're so glad you asked!

"Slay the day" is a motivational phrase meaning to approach the day with confidence, determination, and success. It encourages someone to give their best effort, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals for the day. The term "slay" is used in modern slang to express doing something exceptionally well, often with style and flair. So, when someone says "slay the day," they're essentially telling you to dominate your day and make the most of it with a winning attitude.
